This notice covers the public Swarmcord website. The private workspace and connected providers need their own policies and settings.

Public information only.
The public site explains the product, its roadmap, and how to request a conversation. It does not include private workspace conversation logs, team account records, API keys, or certificate credentials.
No analytics in this site implementation.
The site’s code includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external font services, or tracking cookies. Normal hosting and network infrastructure may process request metadata, such as an IP address and requested URL, to serve and protect the website.
The operator’s final hosting configuration determines any infrastructure logging and retention. Those details will need review as part of launch configuration.
Contact drafts stay under your control.
The contact form is designed to prepare an email draft after the operator configures the actual public sales address. It does not store the inquiry in a website database or automatically send an email.
If configured, the draft includes the name, email address, organization, project, and message you enter. Your email app and email providers handle delivery when you choose to send it. If no sales address is configured, the form remains unavailable and points to the operator’s existing contact page.
Do not send passwords, private keys, device certificates, or sensitive records in an inquiry. Information you decide to send by email can be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your requested project.
Links take you to other sites.
The site links to the planned private room and related public projects. Those sites may have their own privacy notices and services. Following a link takes you outside this public-site implementation.
The private workspace is separate.
The private product can connect to chat providers and local services, and retain available conversation records. Access, provider routing, log retention, and deletion need to be evaluated for that private deployment. This public-site notice does not replace those decisions.

Use the contact page for questions about this website or your inquiry. This notice should be updated if the public site adds collection, analytics, third-party forms, or other processing.
